Here is the work in progress for my next Weres of Weirdwood concept. Since I get asked quite often how I go about sketching out my work and the steps that I follow, I thought it would be fun to actually show you all what I'm doing as I'm doing it!
So for my first step, I position the characters out and rough in the details. Since I'm already pretty familiar with my characters I usually just jump right into it, but if I'm working on a new character I will do a lot of exploration and doodles before I get started on a fully colored piece.
